Our story

302 Bin Bros was started in Milford by friends who wanted to build a useful local service business. We keep it simple: answer fast, show up ready, clean the property, and make sure the customer is happy before we leave.

We are student-founded and student-owned. Building the company while continuing our education has taught us to plan carefully, communicate clearly, and make every job count. What began as friends finding a practical way to serve our hometown has grown through local support, repeat customers, and a crew that takes pride in doing the work well.

Most of our work is house washing, driveway and patio cleaning, and trash bin cleaning. Customers can also ask about junk removal, landscaping cleanup, and other property help when it fits the job.

Co-Founder

Hi, my name is Jacob Welch, and I am a Milford native and co-founder of 302 Bin Bros. I study Sports Management at High Point University, and when I am home, I am usually working on jobs, meeting customers, or helping keep the crew moving. I take pride in building this business with Owen, showing up consistently, and doing the little things right for the community that raised us.

Owen Peel

Co-Founder

Hi, my name is Owen Peel, and I am a Milford native and co-founder of 302 Bin Bros. I am a rising senior studying Integrative Engineering at Lafayette College, and I help manage operations, planning, customer outreach, and the website. My goal is to keep the business organized and growing while making every quote, schedule, and job feel simple for our customers.

I am a junior at the University of Delaware studying Business Administration with a minor in Finance, and I take pride in serving the same area I grew up in.
